This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds for the BreathFree2 “Quit Smoking in 21 Days” Service, operated by BreathFree2 BV, Test Street 2, 1010 TT Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Contact us at info@rolandb31.com with any questions.

Your statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law (including Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in the Dutch Civil Code) are not affected by anything in this policy.

1. Your 14-Day Cooling-Off Right (Legal Withdrawal Right)

Under EU distance-selling law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date you purchase access to the Service, with no need to give a reason.
